Refunds

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival and contact me right away if you have any issues or concerns so I can evaluate the situation and make it right.  

I’m happy to offer refunds on all ready to ship items that are in their original condition and have not been resized.  Contact me within 5 days of delivery, and ship the item back to me within 7 days of delivery.  I can offer exchange for those items if I am contacted and the item is shipped within 7-14 days of receiving.  Original packaging must be included in returns.  Original shipping costs are non refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.  Please consider insurance and tracking on your return package, as I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.  

I will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on made to order, custom, or resized items, or on gift certificates.  

Warranty

All pieces created at Holly Hague Design are produced with care, and meant to bring years of joy!  My settings are under warranty for one year from the date of purchase, so you can ensure the piece has been made properly and has no technical problems.  This warranty does not include regular wear and tear to the piece, accidental damage, chips, or breakage of stones.  For these issues, I recommend insurance by a 3rd party, such as jewelers mutual, which can also protect your piece from loss or theft.  This warranty is void if the ring is worked on by a third party jeweler or jewelry shop.  My goal is your complete satisfaction, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any issues, and I will make sure they are resolved in a timely manner!  

Repairs

I will repair your jewelry free of charge during its first year if any technical problems are found.  For other repairs, please contact me, as each case will be different.  For enamel repairs, there are a few options at different price points.  For a complete restoration of the piece, stones, except for lab grown sapphires, will need to be removed and a recasting may be recommended.  An alternative and less expensive option is a lacquer enamel repair.  Lacquer enamel is resin based (rather than glass vitreous enamel), can be color matched to your enamel, and does not require heat to be applied.
